Welcome to The VanJarred – your local mobile refill van service based in Cambridge, UK. We’re committed to providing eco-friendly and convenient ways to refill your everyday essentials. Please read our Shipping Policy below to understand how we deliver your orders.

How We Fulfill Orders

We operate locally only and offer the following two fulfillment options:

For liquid refills or to use your own containers, book a delivery slot or visit a Collection Point.

1. Local Delivery

We bring your refills directly to your doorstep – hassle-free and plastic-free!

  • Where We Deliver: We have 4 routes which serve Cambridge and the surrounding villages.

  • Delivery Fee: No fees but minimum order is £5.

  • Delivery Days: Mondays with a monthly schedule.

  • How It Works: Order online, leave your containers in a safe place, we'll do the rest!

2. Click & Collect

Prefer to collect your order? No problem – just meet us at one of our regular stops!

  • Where to Collect: Choose from our scheduled van stops.

  • How It Works: Select “Click & Collect” at checkout and choose your preferred location. We’ll confirm your collection time by email or text.

  • What to Bring: Your order confirmation and any refill containers if applicable.

  • Collection Window: Orders must be collected at the designated collection point. Missed collections may be cancelled or returned to stock.
