At The VanJarred, we aim to provide high-quality, eco-friendly, refill products. Due to the nature of our products and commitment to hygiene, certain conditions apply to refunds and returns.
1. Perishable & Refill Products
As our goods are often sold by volume or weight and may include liquid refills or food items, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or offer refunds for used or opened products unless they are faulty or incorrect.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If any product you receive is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or collection. We’ll offer a replacement, refund, or credit based on the issue.

3. Cancellations & Changes

For Delivery Orders: You may cancel or amend your order up to 12 hours before your scheduled delivery slot.

For Click & Collect: Please notify us at least 12 hours before your chosen collection time.
4. Containers & Refills

Please ensure your refill containers are clean and suitable for use. We reserve the right to decline filling any container that appears unsanitary or unsafe.
