Carlin Peas - Organic, Hodmedods
Carlin peas are one of Britain's best-kept secrets, an historic marbled brown pea that's also know as black peas, grey peas, maple peas or even black badgers, and traditionally eaten as Parched Peas but makes a great substitute for chickpeas in any dish. Hodmedod's peas are grown and canned in the UK.
